In-House Training Workshops

We come to you. We tailor it to your people. And we back it with a guarantee.

Preferred Training Networks - Workplace Focused Courses, Trainings & Workshops
If you have ever bought training that missed the mark, you know the feeling. Content that was designed for someone else’s team. A facilitator who never set foot in your industry. Nothing that sticks after the day.
In-house training done properly is a different experience. We come to your workplace. We learn about your organisation before we arrive. We use your real scenarios and your real challenges as the material. And we back it all with a guarantee that almost nobody else in the industry offers.

What Makes PTN Different

You get referred specialists, not a platform

We have 24 experienced facilitators in our network, each one personally recommended by Senior Leaders and Managers from Australia's top companies. Referral is only the start. Every facilitator also goes through a portfolio review, an interview, reference checks and a trial engagement before they are part of the network. If they stop consistently delivering, they stop being part of the network.

We back it with a guarantee

We can predict your group's evaluation scores before we walk in the room. We have delivered similar programs to similar audiences often enough to know what to expect. If two or more participants score below that prediction, 65% of your investment is refundable. It is a real guarantee backed by real data, not fine print.

We are Australian owned and operated

Over 90% of the large consultancy firms in Australia have a US or UK origin. We do not. Every dollar you spend with us stays here and employs our team, our instructional designers and our facilitators.

We build it around you

The facilitator is selected for the best cultural fit with your organisation, not whoever happens to be free. Before the session, they will contact you directly to understand your context. Your workbook is designed by our instructional designers and produced before the session. Your real scenarios go into the room.

You get the full picture afterwards

At the end of every workshop you receive a detailed evaluation report with qualitative and quantitative data, CPD-accredited certificates for every participant, and a free PTN leadership book for your people to keep. You get something concrete to show internally, not just a good feeling about the day.

What We Cover

More than 300 workshops across leadership, management, communication, conflict, customer service, workplace behaviour, wellbeing and more. If what you need is not in the catalogue, our instructional designers will build it from scratch.

Durations and Formats

You choose the length that suits your team, your budget and your operational reality.

1-hour sessions

For a focused hit on a specific topic. Good for lunchtime sessions, team meetings, or the start of a longer program. Also used as a "culture creator" when run as a monthly series.

2-hour sessions

More space to practise and apply. Common for teams who want a single skill developed without losing a full day.

Half-day

The sweet spot for short, sharp, outcome-focused training. Tailored to two or three specific topics rather than a full syllabus.

Full-day

The traditional workshop format. Enough time to build on topics through the day, with reflection, discussion and practice built in.

Multi-day

For more complex capability building or when several groups need to be rotated through.

Long-term program development

For organisations with a bigger goal. We design and deliver capability frameworks that stretch across months or years, often with coaching, assessments and reinforcement layered in. A recent example is our two-tier capability framework built for a medical technology client, combining foundation-level and advanced-level programs for their technical staff.
