The Preftrain Leadership Workshops gave our teams the opportunity to learn techniques and tools to better lead, engage and support their teams. I found Matt’s facilitation style easy to listen to, follow and understand. This was an effective online training session. Matt guided the participants effectively between the shared screen in Zoom, the workbook and online breakout rooms.
