The Workplace Compassion Skills Training Course explores the amount of compassion in the workplace. Where is the compassion bar set?

The course pivots around some of Frankl’s findings from being in the concentration camps. He also worked in Psychology. Interestingly how he managed the horrors yet remained compassionate. This just shows how it is still impossible to be compassionate in the workplace, even through stressful and difficult times if you learn to manage it directly.
At the conclusion of this program participants will possess the skills to:
Plan of action
This program is designed to make you imbibe compassion in every facet of your life. Learn how to make compassion a part of your organisational culture and personal character. This program dovetails compassionate behaviours with productivity boosts. Many workforces operate using the blame system which stifles morale and productivity.
“Compassion is the basis of all morality.” – Arthur Schopenhauer
