System fatigue is not simply about being frustrated with technology. It can affect concentration, decision making, productivity, and employee wellbeing.
When processes become too complicated, people often create their own workarounds, duplicate tasks, or lose confidence in the systems they are expected to use. Over time, this can create more inefficiency rather than less.
This workshop helps teams step back, identify the sources of unnecessary complexity, and find realistic ways to work smarter within the systems already available to them.
This course is suitable for:
When workplace systems are meant to make work easier but instead create frustration, duplication, and constant mental overload, performance can quickly suffer. The Managing System Fatigue Training Course helps participants recognise the causes of system fatigue and develop practical ways to work more effectively across complex digital tools, processes, and platforms.
System fatigue can build when employees are expected to navigate too many platforms, repeat the same tasks across different systems, or constantly adapt to unreliable technology and shifting processes. This course helps participants identify where unnecessary complexity is creating pressure and where everyday workflows could be simplified.
The focus is practical. Participants explore how to reduce mental overload, respond more calmly when systems fail, and create better habits for managing competing processes and digital demands. The goal is to make work feel more manageable while improving focus, clarity, and follow through.
Duration: Available as a half-day or full-day course.
Delivery: The program can be delivered in person at your organisation or preferred venue, or virtually.
Recommended Group Size: 4 to 10 participants.
Resources: Participants receive a certificate of completion and access to a free follow-up refresher session with the original trainer.
The purpose of this course is not to eliminate every system or process. It is to help employees understand where complexity is affecting their work and give them practical tools to respond more effectively.
By simplifying workflows, reducing duplication, and improving how people manage digital demands, organisations can create a more focused and sustainable working environment.
