Tacking Workplace Gossip Training demand has been a bit of a surprise. A psychologist that used to work with us urged us to design the course. We were a bit stubborn as we thought it wouldn’t get any requests. We underestimated the detrimental impact that workplace gossip can have on the organisation and on the team members. It fits in with some of the known psychosocial hazards in the workplace.
