A Trusted Learning and Development Advisor
Interpersonal skills in-house training courses help participants understand their behavioural and working together styles. Workplace interpersonal skills levels are nosediving and there’s a growing risk of having “workplace statues”. These statues will turn up for work but will communicate less than 400 words in the whole workday!
Surely, it makes sense to boost interpersonal skills in your workplace. Participants get guidance on how to actively listen, resolve differences, foster healthy relationships, give and receive feedback, and build trust. Participants will embark on an engaging journey of self-exploration and practice real-life scenarios to strengthen their interpersonal skill set. They will leave the course feeling empowered and equipped to handle challenging situations with confidence and finesse.
